Two stations lined up with a rail, metal sheet will be loaded on the travel head between two stations, which can travel from one side to another.
2. Process control is manual, but very easy to operate. The kammprofile machine follows a 3 steps process only,
2-1. prepare a round metal sheet, load on the central hole of travel head;
2-2. form corrugation at one station first;
2-3. travel to circular cut station for inside circular cut.
3. Machine is designed heavy duty, very durable, corrugation forming rollers and cutter are all made by tooling steel with heat treated to HRC 60, can last very long time.
