This is an automatic cushion equipment—the fully automatic winding machine integrates graphite automatic transportation/cutting and steel belt automatic forming/cutting in one system. The graphite is automatically transported and cut, and the steel belt is automatically formed and automatically cut. It can produce basic gaskets or inner ring gaskets. It can range from 1.5 inches to 6 inches of gaskets. 150 inner rings and 9 plates of graphite can be loaded at a time, and a plate of graphite is automatically switched to the next plate. For example of 3 inches, the processing time of a single piece is about 20 seconds. The operation of the equipment is simple.

1. This machine can make both basic type and inner type of gasket, under process making basic type, machine can run fully automatically. Under process making inner ring type of gasket, all need to do is underloading rings and unload windings as it finished.
