1. With automatic steel cutter, the vertical winding machine is almost full automatic except wire and graphite feeding, achieve much higher productivity and reliability. Use 4’ 150/300 as example, cycle time can reach 20 to 25 seconds.
2. Use PLC control, up to 300 sets of parameters can be saved into the machine, so operator can easily select the product type, then start the production right way, save lots of time from setting the parameters each time.
3. The spiral wound gasket machine provides both English and Chinese, we can also provide other language version as per customers’ request.
4. Wire forming and winding synchronize, save one step of wire pre-forming compare to the old generation of machine. Furthermore, one charge can load 15-20 kg of wire, saves lots of material change over time.
5. Automatic welding saves great deal of working time, moreover, makes welding points strong and reliable, and welding span even.
6. Configured filler material break sensor, machine automatically stop when the filler breaks or run out, allows you connect the filler and run the rest of process.
